Coalesc maintains a live, machine-understood engagement state: what evidence is expected, what has arrived, what changed, what procedures apply, what is complete, what remains unresolved, and what requires professional judgment. The system executes what it can, preserves provenance, and surfaces exceptions for review. Today, that starts with intake, completeness, client follow-up, and bank preparation. I lead product, engineering, sales, and user discovery, working directly with accounting firms to turn their methodology into reliable execution.
